Who: Oh Hey Sanna, {business name / Y-tunnus}, {address}, hello@ohheysanna.com.

What: digital PDF files, delivered by download link. Nothing is shipped.

Licence: personal, non-commercial family use. You may print unlimited copies for your own household. You may not share, resell, upload or use the files in a classroom or business without a separate licence.

Prices: in EUR, incl. VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout according to your country.

Payment: via Stripe. Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms payment.

Delivery: download links on screen and by email; links are valid 7 days / 5 downloads. Lost links are replaced on request.

Withdrawal: under EU consumer law, by agreeing to immediate delivery of digital content you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. See refunds.
